The Egyptian Propylene & Polypropylene Company (EPP), the leading Polypropylene manufacturer in Egypt and North Africa announced today the continuation of its partnership with Atalant through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) focusing on Spain and Portugal.
Under the terms of the MOU, Atalant will distribute EPP’s world class Polypropylene grades in the Spanish and Portuguese markets.

Due to global unfavorable industry conditions, Egyptian Propylene & Polypropylene (EPP) elected to shutdown starting September 16, 2022 expected to last for two weeks. Prior to the shutdown, EPP ensured that All strategic customers have been supplied with their monthly requirements.
It is worth noting that EPP will undergo its regular three year maintenance throughout December 2022 a continuous commitment by EPP to highest industry operational standards.
EPP is the largest manufacturer of Propylene and Polypropylene in North Africa with an annual capacity of 350.000 MT of Polypropylene Homopolymer grades.

The Egyptian Propylene and Polypropylene Company (EPP), the leading Polypropylene manufacturer in Egypt and North Africa has announced expanding its portfolio by launching a non-woven grade used in a wide range of end-use products such as hygiene products, baby diapers, medical products, masks, surgical caps and disposable surgical gowns. The launch of the non-woven grade came in support for the increased market demand both locally and internationally.
In addition to the non-woven grade, EPP continues supplying its customers with Fiber, BOPP Film and Rafia grades.
